Q: How can I contact you?

Q: Do you take phone orders?

A: Yes! Just give us a call at (318) 282-2855, and we will be glad to create a manual order for you over the phone and take your payment.

 

Q: What fabric size options do you have available?

A: We sell our fabric in 1/4 yard increments. Customers choose the desired yardage by entering the quantity of quarter yards needed. For example, 1 = 1/4 yard, 2 = 1/2 yard, 3 = 3/4 yard, etc. We always send continuous cuts! You can view a Fabric Measurement Chart here!

 

Q: Do you offer samples?

A: We're sorry, but we do not offer samples. Since we offer 1/4 cuts, we feel that is the perfect sample size when trying to match colors and textures.

 

Q: Do you cut multiple yardage of fabric in one continuous cut?

A: Yes! Unless specified by the customer, we always cut multiple yards in one continuous cut. If, for any reason, we do not have the amount you need in one cut, we will contact you prior to shipping your order.

 

Q: I am local and would like to pick up my order instead of having it shipped. Is that possible?

A: Absolutely! We run our business out of our home, and we would love for you to stop by! You can place your order online and choose "In store Pickup" to avoid paying shipping costs. We will notify you when your order is ready!

 

Q: I just placed an order, but I'd like to add to it. Help!

A: We ship out orders really fast, so if you need to add anything to a current order that has not been shipped, please contact us immediately! We will be glad to add anything you'd like to your package. Please be aware that due to the weight of fabric, the shipping cost might be affected and you would be responsible for a shipping upgrade if applicable.

 

Q: Do you combine orders?

A: Yes! If we see more than 1 order for a customer with the same name and shipping address, we will combine those orders and refund one of the shipping charges (if applicable).
