We ship out orders every day! (with the exception of Sundays and Holidays) All orders are packaged and shipped within 1-2 business days. Please be aware you may be contacted if there are any questions about your order (i.e. invalid address, out of stock items, shortage of yardage etc.) In that case, your order could possibly be delayed until we receive a response from you.
Our primary method of shipping is USPS Priority Mail. However, if you are purchasing a small amount of fabric, First Class is an option. We will refund any shipping overages over $ 1.00.
You will receive an order confirmation when your order is placed and a shipping confirmation when your order is shipped along with tracking information.
We ultimately want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase! We will gladly accept returns on items in its original condition (uncut or washed) within 7 days of receipt. Once we receive the return at our shop, we will refund the subtotal of your purchase minus a 10% restocking fee. In the return, please include the packing slip for your order.

If there was a mistake on your order, we sincerely apologize! Please e-mail us right away, and we will do whatever we can to rectify the mistake. Please send your e-mail to email@example.com.
Lost Packages/Delayed Delivery
It is very rare that packages are lost or delayed during transit; however, unfortunately it does happen. If you have not received your order in 14 days from the shipping date, please contact us and we will submit a Missing Mail claim through the postal service. Once a claim is submitted, it could take USPS 2-4 weeks for the package to be found. In most instances, packages are recovered and will be delivered. We will do anything we can to help locate your missing package. Please understand it is frustrating for us too! In the event an order is not delivered within a reasonable amount of time, we will use our best judgment to reach an agreement for both parties.
